高温試験機（Shimadzu AG-X) 1200℃までの力学試験ができます。 歪みを画像解析で検出することにより 正確な歪み測定が可能です。

High-temperature testing machine (Shimadzu AG-X) is available mechanical test up to 1200˚C. Strain is detected precisely using image analysis.

超高温試験機(Shimadzu AK-50): 1900℃までの力学試験ができます。

Ultra high-temperature testing machine (Shimadzu AG-I) is available mechanical test up to 1900˚C.

疲労試験機 (Shimadzu Servopulser周期的に応力を変化させて材料が破断する寿命を測定します。 　

Fatigue test machine.Cyclic stress is applied for materials and fatigue life is investigated.

高温X線回折装置(RINT TTR III)：1300℃までの構造が測定できます。

X-ray diffractometer (RING-TTR III, Rigaku) can measure crystal structure up to 1300 ˚C.

DSC (TA instrument Q10)

DSC (TA instrument Q10): 550℃までの相変態や比熱を測定できます。

Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) is used to investigate phase transformation and specific heat up to 550˚C.

イオンミリング装置 (Fischione)：薄膜試料の作製ができます。

Ion milling machine (Fischione): Thin samples for TEM can be prepared.
